Henan Qianjin Casting Steel Co., Ltd is one of the main heavy cast steel producing enterprises in China.Our company founded in August 1985 and covered more than 20,000 square meters at first.The total area of our company now is more than 400,000 square meters and building area is about 100,000 square meters ,the fixed assets is 40,000,000 American dollars.Our annual production has reached to over 100,000 tons.
Our company mainly provide high-quality carbon steel and alloy steel castings of different varieties and types for the key national manufacturing industries,including mining，shipping，building materials，forging，metallurgy，bridging，hydro-project，etc.We can produce the weight is 1-300tons different castings of any single parts.The name of productions such as: slag pot,big gear, wheel belt,gear ring,anvil bed,base plate,pump,valve,mid-hollow axle,ect.
Now we have one set of 5 tons electric arc furnace,one set of 20 tons electric arc furnace, one set of 80 tons ultra high power electric arc furnace which is domesticly biggest and most advanced and one set of 120 tons refining furnace.The weight of the biggest steel casting has already reached more than 200 tons .
About quality assurance, Now we has almost 20 sets of advanced testing equipments, such as Direct Reading Spectrometer，tensile testing machine of 60 tons，ultrasonic testing，Leeb hardness testing,etc. In the past over 20 years, Our company has possessed a high-skill workers team including 10 senior engineers,two of whom enjoy the special allowance of State Council, 20 engineers and 155 technical workers.Our company has the abilities of technology research, design and produce the larger castings, and we have passed the ISO9001 quality system certificate successfully in 2004. Our product has already entered international market such as in Germany,Southeast Asia,etc. since 2008.
